Kashif verified the information and found it to be incorrect. Syrian journalist Ayham Al-Bayoush, one of the journalists appearing in the photo, told Kashif that the information is not true, and he and his colleagues are fine and in good health. He added that the two journalists appearing with him in the photo are Jamil Al-Hassan and Zilal Qatea’ and that they are both fine. He said: “I met with them during work, and we are present and moving in different areas, including Aleppo, Hama and the liberated north of Syria.”

The opposition factions announced on Wednesday 27/11/2024 the start of military operation “Deterrence of Aggression.”

The opposition factions announced on Monday 2/12/2024 their complete control over the Idlib and Aleppo governorates, and over several areas, including Qalaat al-Madiq, Maardis, Soran, and al-Tuwaina.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported on 1/12/2024 that the Syrian regime forces sent large reinforcements and repositioned themselves in strategic areas in the northern and western Hama countryside, in light of the decline in the intensity of the battles after the opposition factions took control of the cities of Morek, Kafr Zita, Al-Lataminah and Khan Sheikhoun in the Hama and Idlib countrysides.
