Claim of the assassination of Major General and military analyst Fayez Al-Dwairi in Jordan was widely shared on social media.
Kashif verified the information and found it to be fabricated. Al-Dwairi denied to Kashif the claim, and said that he is fine with his family and has not been subjected to any assassination attempt.
Al-Dwairi is a retired brigadier general and a Jordanian military and strategic analyst, famous for his analyses of Operation Al-Aqsa Flood on Al Jazeera.
Kashif has refuted a number of rumors about Major General Fayez Al-Duwairi, including a fabricated statement about Operation Dignity dated 8 September 2024, denying the news of his death on 9 May 2024, and receiving a letter from the Jordanian Royal Court requesting him to leave the State of Qatar and return to Jordanian territory on 17 January 2024.
