Kashif verified the video via Google search and found that the video is old and incorrectly linked. The clip is an excerpt from a video published by TikTok account usmc149 on 3/9/2024. The account specializes in publishing military videos from the Russian-Ukrainian war. The 5-minute video documents the destruction of military vehicles in Ukraine. The circulated clip is between minutes 3:14 to minute 4:56 .
An X account Мілітарний also published the circulating video on 11/3/2022, with the following text: “The damaged BTR-82A armored personnel carrier and the destroyed Rys armored vehicle of the Russian army.”
Hezbollah announced on Saturday 5/10/2024, a series of operations in southern Lebanon, including targeting an Israeli infantry force that tried to advance towards the town of Adaisseh, targeting a gathering of occupation soldiers in Khallet Abeer in Yaroun with a missile salvo, and targeting a Merkava tank while advancing to the Al-Bat Heights, the last of the Maroun Forest, with a guided missile.
