Accounts on social media published a video in which the spokesman for the Israeli occupation army, Avichay Adraee, listens to parts of the speech of the head of the transitional period in Syria, Ahmed Al-Sharaa, who says at the beginning: “Then came the blessed Syrian revolution, then the clear victory and the great conquest.” Adraee responded to this speech that the overthrow of the deposed regime was a “large regional agreement and a quick son delivery.”
Kashif verified the video via Google images, and searched the account of the Israeli army spokesperson, and found that it was subject to manipulation. The original video came as a response to a Lebanese girl demanding a ceasefire in Lebanon.
By checking the circulating video, it turned out that the words of the statement do not match the movement ofAdraee’s lips, and that Adraee’s voice in the video does not match his real voice, but with the sounds generated through artificial intelligence, in addition to the sequence of sentences is abnormal.
Kashif found that the spokesman for the occupation army, Avichay Adraee, had published the original video clip through his account on “X” platform, on 3 November 2024, in which he responds to the girl demanding a ceasefire in Lebanon.
The video clip subjected to manipulation was previously published by social media accounts in March of this year 2025.
