Kashif verified the video via Google Image and found that it’s old and incorrectly linked to the Houthis’ targeting of Israeli Nevatim Air Base on 28/12/2024.
The video was published by Mynet Agency on 7/10/2023, with the following title: “Operation Iron Swords: Direct hit by a missile in Bat Yam (Tel Aviv).”
As published by Al Jazeera on Facebook on 7/10/2023, with the following description: “Extensive destruction in Tel Aviv after Qassam rockets.”
The spokesperson of the Yemeni Armed Forces, Brigadier General Yahya Saree, announced via his X account on 28/12/2024 that “Nevatim Air Base was targeted with a hypersonic ballistic missile, Palestine 2 type,” he also announced on 27/12/2024 an attack on different places including Ben Gurion Airport and vital places in Jaffa and Shipa. The Israeli occupation army announced that it intercepted a missile and that 18 people were injured during the stampede to hide in shelters.
The Israeli occupation airplanes launched raids targeting Sana’a International Airport and the port of Hodeidah on 26/12/2024. Media outlets affiliated with Ansar Allah group said that the Israeli raids resulted in the killing of six people and the injury of 40 others.
