Information<\/a>\u00a0has spread on social media\u00a0claiming that Iranian airspace will be closed on July 13, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kashif verified the information and found it to be inaccurate. Since the reopening of Iranian airspace on 3 July 2025, and the cessation of the war between\u00a0the Israel and Iran<\/a>, domestic and international flights have been reopened at all Iranian airports during the day from 5:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with the exception of Isfahan and Tabriz airports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 3 July 2025, the Tasnim News Agency<\/a>, affiliated with the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps, announced\u00a0the reopening of most Iranian airports to flights, and the opening of the country’s airspace to international transit flights from 5:00 AM to 6:00 PM Iranian local time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The official IRNA news agency<\/a> reported that: “Tehran’s Mehrabad and Imam Khomeini airports, as well as airports in the north, east, west, and south of the country, have reopened and are ready to operate flights.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kashif also searched official websites and Iranian news agencies, including\u00a0the official<\/a>\u00a0IRNA news agency and\u00a0the Tasnim International<\/a>\u00a0News Agency, and found no changes to Iranian airspace on Sunday evening, 13 July 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
