Kashif verified the video and found the claim to be misleading. The video documents a man rescuing a child from a stray dog \u200b\u200battack in the town of Yamoun, west of Jenin, not in Jordan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The father of the child shown in the video, Muhammad Mahmoud Khalaf, told Kashif that, \u201cA stray dog \u200b\u200battacked his 4-year-old son, Abdullah, in front of their home near Al-Rashidin Mosque in the town of Al-Yamoun, west of Jenin. At the same time, their neighbor, Hajj Osama Samar, was in the street and saved the child from the dog\u2019s attack.\u201d He added that he immediately took his son, Abdullah, to Jenin Governmental Hospital and took the necessary precautions. The child was described as having head injuries and is in stable condition.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He also sent photos of his son, Abdullah Muhammad Khalaf, to the Observatory after he was injured.<\/p>\n\n\n
