The clip was accompanied by the following text: \u201cThe Lebanese army and the Lebanese president should see how Hezbollah men treat Jews and Christians on the Lebanese borders. Strike and the wind shouts, \u2018May your belly be safe for carrying you, hero.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n

One source of the claim<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

Kashif verified the video and found that it is old and the claim is misleading. The video was circulated in June 2022 and shows a Palestinian young man from the town of Tarqumiya, west of the Hebron Governorate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quds News Network<\/a>\u00a0published\u00a0the video on 11\/6\/2022, with the following text: \u201cA Palestinian confronts the occupation soldiers while defending his land, which the occupation is trying to control in the town of Tarqumiya, west of Hebron.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n

Al Jazeera<\/a>\u00a0also published\u00a0the video on 11\/6\/2022 under the title: \u201cA Palestinian youth punches Israeli occupation forces soldiers.\u201d It was accompanied by the following text: \u201cA number of Palestinian citizens were injured after the Israeli occupation forces suppressed a march that took place in the town of Tarqumiya, west of the Hebron Governorate. The clips showed the youths confronting the settlers and occupation soldiers after they set fire to the town\u2019s trees. Palestinian media outlets published the moment when an unarmed Palestinian youth punched the occupation forces soldiers several times before they were suppressed with tear gas and pepper gas and assaulted.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n

The Israeli army<\/a>\u00a0injured nine people and arrested four others in southern Lebanon on 29\/1\/2025, before three of them were released later. For its part,\u00a0the Lebanese army<\/a>\u00a0announced the completion of its deployment in the area south of the Litani, considering that Israeli attacks are increasing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
