The photo was accompanied by the following claim: \u201cViolent clashes are now taking place between the National Army and SDF militants at the Qara Qozak Bridge in Manbij.”<\/p>\n\n\n

Kashif verified the image via \u201cGoogle Images\u201d tool and found that it is old and was incorrectly linked to the clashes between the National Army and the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF). The image was previously circulated at different times as being of clashes with the Houthis.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cSahafa Net<\/a>\u00a0\u201d website published\u00a0the photo on 3\/5\/2018 as part of a report covering the outbreak of battles between the forces of the 22nd Mechanized Brigade in the National Army and the Houthis in various areas north and east of the Yemeni city of Taiz.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n

Kashif was unable to verify the context of the photo and the exact time it was taken, but its old publication confirms that it is not of recent clashes between the National Army and the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF).\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Al-Mayadeen channel reported on Tuesday 10\/12\/2024 that\u00a0clashes<\/a>\u00a0took place between the National Army and the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) at the Qara Qozak Bridge in Manbij. Mazloum Abdi,<\/a>\u00a0the commander-in-chief of the Syrian Democratic Forces, announced on Wednesday 11\/12\/2024 that a ceasefire had been reached in the Syrian city of Manbij.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
