Kashif verified the image via reverse search on \u201cGoogle Image\u201d tool and found that the image is old and the claim is misleading. The image is taken from a video clip from Yemen, not from the Gaza Strip. The official account of the Joint Forces on\u00a0the West Coast<\/a>\u00a0published the video clip on X on 29\/8\/2024, with the following description: \u201cA video clip documented a painful scene of a Yemeni mother hugging her child after they were found under the rubble and debris, after being swept away by the recent torrential rains; the residents found the woman hugging her child in one of the holes, buried in water in the Malhan District of Al Mahwit Governorate.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n

The Malhan Directorate in Yemen<\/a>\u00a0was affected by a major rock collapses and torrential floods on 27\/8\/2024, and the local authorities announced that the incident claimed the lives of 38 citizens whose bodies were found, while others remained missing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
