Kashif verified the image and through reverse search on Google, found that the image is old.\u00a0The Jerusalem Post<\/a>\u00a0published the image on 18 July 2024 with the following title: \u201cNetanyahu in Rafah: Israeli army control of the Philadelphi corridor is necessary\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n

Netanyahu, also published a video clip on his official page on X,<\/a>\u00a0documenting scenes from his visit to the Gaza Strip.<\/p>\n\n\n

Kashif also looked into Israeli-Hebrew media and official sources and found no mention of Netanyahu’s visit to the city of Jenin during the military operation that has been ongoing for 4 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Israeli occupation army announced a military operation<\/a>\u00a0in the city of Jenin and its camp and continues its aggression for the fourth consecutive day, amid widespread destruction of the infrastructure and the imposition of a siege on the camp and the eastern neighborhood in the city of Jenin. Until the publishing of this report, 12 Palestinians were killed during the operation, including 6 by the Israeli drones.
