Information has spread on social media about the father of the six brothers killed by the Israeli occupation, Ibrahim Abu Mahadi, suffering a heart attack and being admitted to intensive care. The claim read: “The father was admitted to intensive care as a result of a heart attack. Six young men, more beautiful than roses, were broken. May God bind their hearts. Tell me, for God’s sake, how can a mother’s heart bear the separation from her six children at once! The fathers of the six martyred brothers.”
Kashif verified the information and found it to be inaccurate. Father of the six brothers, Ibrahim Zaki Muhammad Abu Mahadi, told Kashif that he is well and in good health. He added that their uncle, Riyad Younis Muhammad Abu Khater, suffered a heart attack while bidding farewell to his sister’s children and remains in intensive care.
The Israeli occupation aircraft bombed a vehicle on Al-Rashid Street in Deir al-Balah on 13/4/2025, and as a result six brothers were killed: Ahmed, Mahmoud, Muhammad, Mustafa, Zaki, Abdullah Abu Mahadi, in addition to their friend Abdullah al-Habbash.
